The company announced that the sales in April 2002 of Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep brands totaled 9,135 units, compared to the lower 8,077 units sold in April 2001.

Daimler-Chrysler stated that the vehicles which were the best sellers included Dodge’s Atos, the light truck Dodge ram 2500 and the Liberty Jeep.

The company’s accumulated sales between January and April 2002 reached 42,101 vehicles, reflecting a 1.05% rise compared with the 41,664 units sold in the same period last year. (EMEconomy.com)
