Open Question: Xbox 360 shuts off when driving Chrysler Town and Country.?
2008 Town and country has AC power outlet. Can play 360 while parked but when driving it shuts off. Do I need an inverter or a capacitor added to battery? Don’t have a volt meter so I don’t know it there is a wattage problem or a voltage problem. Would love to just add a Cap under the hood so I don’t have a big inverter heating up on the carpet.
Played Rockband 2 for like 2 hours with car on when waiting for the shuttle to go up on Nasa property. No problems. Actually had the kids watching a movie on the back tv and played the game on the front tv. The problem happens when the car is in motion. Will play for about 5 min. then shuts down. Will start up again in a couple min. that is why I think it is a capacity problem. Will get battery checked at autozone with everything on. Maybe need a deep cell or bigger alternator.
